The Town Office will be trialing a four, 10-hour day workweek from January 6th to February 14th. During this trial period, the office will be open from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday. Many municipalities are transitioning to this schedule for the benefits it provides the residents and employees. Currently, the Town Office is open to the public for 37 hours per week; under the trial schedule, this will increase to 40 hours. The Board intends to consider a long-term schedule at their meeting on February 10th.
